The Claus Experience

Good questions

Frequently asked.

What is The Claus Experience?

A timed, immersive holiday attraction in Winnipeg. You and your group move through two themed rooms — Santa's Workshop and Mrs. Claus' Kitchen — with live performers, hands-on activities, and professional photography.

How long does a visit take?

Roughly thirty minutes inside the rooms (fifteen in each), plus time to browse the Manitoba Maker's Market. Plan for a forty-to-fifty-minute visit overall.

What does a seat include?

Every seat includes admission to both themed rooms, live photography, and access to the on-site market. Each booking also receives one digital keepsake photo emailed after the visit.

How many seats can we book?

You can book a seat for each person in your party, up to the number of seats still available in a time slot. For schools, daycares, or corporate events, reach out through the Groups & Schools page for dedicated arrangements.

What ages is this best for?

Families with children ages 2–12, multi-generational visits, and group outings. There's no age limit — grown-ups have just as much fun.

What if my child doesn't want to sit on Santa's lap?

They don't have to. The experience is built around hands-on activity, not a posed lap photo. Our photographers capture candid moments throughout the visit.

What's your cancellation policy?

Bookings are non-refundable but transferable to another date in the same season, subject to availability. Contact us at least 24 hours before your slot.

Where are you located?

Downtown Winnipeg. Full address and parking details are emailed with your booking confirmation.
